General Shipping Policy
Most items ship within 2 business days of us receiving your order. Shipping costs are based on UPS or FedEx rates depending on package dimensions, weight, and distance.
Important: We cannot estimate transit time on UPS Next Day Air or UPS Ground. If timing is critical, please select another method or contact us before ordering.For time-sensitive orders, call 1-888-400-9849. Next Day Air orders must be placed before 11AM EST to ship same day—please call to confirm urgent shipments.

- Next Day Air (Rates May Vary) – $69.95
- UPS Ground – $17.95
Canadian & international orders (20 keys or less) may ship via DHL.
If shipping costs are lower than $73.00, we adjust rates to the actual final cost.
Large orders cannot ship under the small-key DHL rate—please call for custom shipping arrangements.
International Orders, Tariffs & Duties
Any customs fees, border duties, or import charges are paid by the purchasing party. These costs vary by location and are not controlled by CPG Brands.
